Breakfast isn’t Something we always ate pre-pregnancy. Then it quickly became essential morning ritual in our home. With Gregory becoming a more independant eater it is important for him to be able to handle his food and learn how to feed himself. The best way us parents can do that is by letting them go at it with good finger food. I wanted to share with you an easy toddler breakfast, French Toast Sticks.

French Toast Sticks Recipe

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 tspn vanilla

Instructions
Mix together egg, milk and vanilla into bowl.
Cut bread into 4 long and skinny pieces.
Dip bread piece into egg mixture, coat thoroughly.
Cook in frying pan over medium heat.
Serve with preferred topping

Like I said, easy! Gregory loved being able to grab and feed himself, and I loved that he actually ate most of the food because it was yummy! Let me know what you think of this toddler breakfast, and what is your go to breakfast for your little one?
